Held positions
The full window
Every keyword sits on the same 200-slot scale, so a longer bar is a better position. Terms outside the window keep their row — the absences are the argument, not missing data.

Why the head terms are empty. Ranking #200 for "meditation" produces no impressions, so no installs, so no conversion signal for Apple to promote on. Holding #1 for "secular meditation" produces real downloads. The narrow band is the strategy, not a consolation prize.
Method. Organic rank comes from the public iTunes Search API, US storefront, which returns at most 200 results per term — the same free method described in check your rank. A dash means the app sits outside that window, not that it is absent from the store.
Movement. The week column fills in once two snapshots exist. Nothing is back-filled, and no snapshot is removed after the fact — including the ones that go the wrong way.
